FEAR
WHAT IS FEAR?
Fear- is a distressing emotion aroused by an impending danger, evil or pain. Whether the threat is real or imagined there can be a feeling or condition of being afraid. This is known a fear. We all are afraid of someone or something normally. But when this feeling becomes very intense it can be very towering and overpowering. It then becomes a chronic problem.
Fear can be of an instance like fear of heights or fear of a particular event. Our mind gets programmed in a way to feel alarmed. This is just a mental state that needs to be analyzed and resolved. With proper counseling, you can overcome your fears and be at ease with all the experiences.
Some of the symptoms of FEAR-
- Feeling afraid of something or somebody.
- Sleep disorders due to constant apprehension
- Lack of concentration due to an impending threat.
- Nervousness.
- Restlessness
- No eye contact
