WORRY
WHAT IS WORRY?
Firstly, Anxiety is distress or uneasiness of mind caused by fear of danger or misfortune. Normally we all feel anxious about day to day activities of our lives but sometimes we are chronically in a state of apprehension and psychic tension leading us to various mental disorders.
Such ultra-levels of anxiousness need immediate psychoanalysis and redresser methods. A trained professional can only attend to this problem. Seek professional counselling and help yourself to achieve a calm and peaceful state of mind.
Some of the symptoms of being anxious are:
- The constant fear of impending gloom or danger.
- Feeling tensed before an exam or trying situation.
- Sleep disorders.
- Lack of concentration due to constant eagerness and apprehension.
- Eating disorders.
- Sweaty palms all the time.
If you or someone you love is suffering from Anxiety, then please consult an experienced psychologist.
