My husband and I had struggled with communication for years, to the point where separation felt inevitable. Dr. Kohli helped us understand each other and rebuild trust — practically, compassionately, and without judgment. Today our relationship feels healthier, calmer, and far more connected.
Marriage counselling with Dr. Kohli was one of the best decisions we made as a couple. She helped us spot the unhealthy patterns behind our recurring conflicts and build better ways to handle disagreements. Our marriage is stronger and more stable than it's been in years.
We opted for premarital counselling with Dr. Kohli before our wedding, and it was invaluable. We worked through expectations, finances, family boundaries, and communication in a safe, constructive space — and entered marriage with real clarity and confidence. I'd recommend it to every couple.
I'd been struggling with low mood, lost motivation, and emotional exhaustion for months before seeking help. Dr. Kohli gave me a space where I felt genuinely heard. Through therapy I learned practical coping skills and gradually regained a sense of hope and purpose.
Persistent anxiety was interfering with my sleep, concentration, and daily life. Dr. Kohli helped me understand my triggers and manage anxious thoughts more effectively. Her calm, reassuring style made therapy feel approachable — and over time my confidence and wellbeing improved noticeably.
Balancing work and family had left me constantly exhausted and disconnected. Dr. Kohli helped me set healthier boundaries, prioritise, and build habits that supported both sides of my life. The sessions were practical and immediately applicable — I feel far more in control now.
Chronic stress had started affecting my health, mood, and productivity. Dr. Kohli helped me identify the underlying causes and gave me evidence-based strategies tailored to my situation. I feel more resilient, focused, and able to handle life's demands in a healthier way.

Frequently asked questions
How do I find a good clinical psychologist in Gurugram?
Look for recognised qualifications — a master's or doctorate in clinical psychology — real experience in your specific concern, and an approach you feel comfortable with. Reviews and a clear sense of the person's specialities help too. Dr. Kohli holds a PhD and has worked across marriage, anxiety, depression, and family issues for over 30 years, in Gurugram and online.
Do you offer in-person sessions in Gurugram?
Yes. In-person sessions are held at Dr. Kohli's clinic in DLF Phase 3, near Neelkanth Hospital, by appointment from 9 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week. Online sessions are also available if visiting in person isn't convenient.
Do you see clients from Delhi, Noida, and elsewhere in NCR?
Yes. Dr. Kohli works with clients from across Delhi NCR — Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and beyond — both in person at the Gurugram clinic and online. For those who'd rather not travel, online sessions carry the same fees and the same standard of care.
Should I choose an in-clinic or online session?
Both work well — it comes down to what suits you. Many NCR clients prefer online sessions to avoid travel and traffic, while others value meeting in person. For most concerns the two are equally effective; Dr. Kohli will advise if your situation is better suited to in-clinic work.
What can I consult Dr. Kohli about?
Common reasons include marriage and relationship difficulties, premarital counselling, anxiety, stress and burnout, depression, family and parenting concerns, and support for NRIs. If you're unsure whether counselling is right for your situation, you're welcome to reach out and ask.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book through the website or contact the clinic directly on +91 98118 62338, which is also on WhatsApp. New clients are welcome for both in-clinic and online sessions.
